NXW2.1P00A - Logistics Interface IoT Platform



As the core system for receiving data from NEXUS´s partners, it is an IoT platform for collecting, processing, visualising, and managing physical and virtual device data. It supports common IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, SNMP, and LwM2M. It provides simple dashboards, device and asset management, alarms, rule-based automation, integrations, and APIs for building scalable IoT solutions.

Use Cases:

  • Main door for injection of data from W1 and synthetic generated data for W2.1, W2.2 and W5.4.

    • Start TRL: 5 - Based on a mixed of Open Source systems and Commercial products.

    • Final TRL: 7 - Data from WP1 was injected into the platform.

Main Features

  • Device and asset management: Register, provision, monitor, control, and organise IoT devices, assets, customers, credentials, attributes, telemetry, alarms, and relations.

  • Telemetry data collection: Collects and stores real-time time-series data from connected devices in a scalable and fault-tolerant way.

  • Interactive dashboards and visualisation: Provides real-time dashboards, widgets, charts, maps, and customer-facing views for monitoring IoT data and operational KPIs.

  • Rule engine and automation: Uses rule chains to filter, enrich, transform, process telemetry, raise alarms, and trigger actions from device events or attribute updates.

  • Multi-protocol and gateway integration: Supports device connectivity through MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, SNMP, LwM2M, Modbus, OPC-UA, BACnet, and other gateway or integration options.
